PAS-Gate Drop Arm Site
The drop arm stile is designed to meet the spirit and the letter of the ADA regulations. The Drop Arm Stile has one long passage barring arm and an array of cabinet mounted sensors. The sensor array provides a reasonably effective deterrent against multiple entries. One drop arm stile can be installed in a bank of turnstiles to allow ease of passage of those with physical challenges, strollers and delivery persons with carts. Building lobby applications for groups of this equipment are also highly successful. The PAS-Gate Drop Arm Stile is available in a wide variety of cabinet shapes and materials.

PAS-Gate Drop Arm Stile — Short Form Specification
Mechanism: 3/16" Mechanism Weldment. Cartridged steel lead screw drive assembly. Motorized arm in upward and downward directions.
Arm Motion Switching: Safety Limit switched in upward and downward directions. Arm position sensors top and bottom of travel.
Power: 24VDC for un-interruptible power supply backup power.
Arm: Quick-Dismountable 33" long arm.
Control: Switch logic passageway control or PLC with passageway alarm sensing.
